Beginning To End: A Course On Writing Fiction
Hello my fellow writers! I have been pondering over making a writing series, after I wrap up the Dialogue Mini-Series, and this was my main idea. Do you guys think I should go through with something like this? Would you read it?

I will tell you about the course, including the planned topics I want to do, and what each topic entails(brief description).
What is this course? This is a course that takes you through the fundamentals and basics of writing fiction, from how to start a story to writing the end. Each topic is explained in a beginner-friendly manner, and the course is set up specifically for newer writers, though all can use this course.

This is an introduction to the course– what’ll be covered, who the course is for, etc.
How To Start A Story
This is about taking those ideas that you’ve got in your head and writing them down, or at least figuring out what to do with them.
Storytelling Essentials
This covers a lot of the core premises that make up a story that will get a deeper dive in later installments.
Determining The Genre
This is about genre– the basics of a genre, and how to determine what the genre for your story will be, including subgenre.
The Wide World
This is all about world-building– the big picture, some key things to world-build, and stuff like that.
Setting The Scene
This is about narrowing down: the specific places that your story will take place in outside of the basics.
Creating Characters
This is all about creating compelling main characters, side characters, etc.
Picking A Plot
This is about types of story structures, how to come up with plots, and plotters vs pantsers.
Crafting Conflict
This is about how to make realistic conflict within the restraints of your plot without going overboard or not doing enough.
Dialogue & Voice
This is about keeping your story sounding consistent and making believable dialogue.
POV & Tense
This is about picking what type of POV(first, third, second), and what type of tense(past, present, future) you will write in.
Picking The Pace
This is about determining the pace of your story based on genre, plot, characters, and conflict.
Theme
This is about choosing a couple of core themes that you would like to represent in your story.
Showing vs. Telling
This is about the differences between showing and telling, and when to properly use both of them.
The First Chapters
This is a brief overview of writing the first handful of chapters in your story, including what stuff you will need to add, and the variety that is chapter lengths.
The Middle
This is all about the middle– and an encouragement for writers who have made it to this point.
Staying Motivated
This has a lot of tips for staying motivated, encouragement for writers, and the like.
The Final Stretch
This is about how to get your story wrapped up– or, if you need to, how to leave off just enough for it to have a continuation.
Writing “The End”
This is a lot of congratulations, along with recommending what to do next, like taking a break.
Rewriting & Revision
This is an introduction on how rewriting & revision works, along with some examples and what you can do.
Everything Editing
This is a basic overview of all that editing entails, from doing it yourself to hiring professional help.
A Recap
This takes all of the core things you have learned and gives it a recap, from beginning to end.
